Are you passionate about early childhood education and leading a dynamic team? We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to join us at our vibrant setting in Wimbledon SW19 7NL.
Position: Nursery Manager
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £35k - £45k per annum
Start Date: 1st September 2024
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Directors to build and lead a team dedicated to delivering our unique curriculum.
- Maintain a secure and nurturing learning environment for children.
- Cultivate positive relationships with team members, children, and families.
- Provide clear and effective communication to families regarding children’s development.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding and health & safety policies, guiding staff in their implementation.
- Manage staff rota, holidays, and attendance effectively.
You Will Need:
- Right to work in the UK
- Level 3 or above in childcare qualification
- Management experience, either as a nursery manager or an experienced deputy
