The Role

As an EYFS Specialist Practitioner, you will:

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS Framework.
Create safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environments.
Deliver engaging activities that promote social, emotional and educational development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Support children's personal care needs where required.
Observe, assess and record children's progress.
Promote safeguarding and child welfare at all times.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or a related subject (desirable).
Previous experience working in nurseries, pre-schools or EYFS settings.
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
An understanding of safeguarding practices and EYFS principles.
Unqualified candidates with significant nursery or early years experience may also be considered.
