We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Class Teacher to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a significant impact on the early development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.
Maintain accurate records and reports on children's development and progress.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
