Key Responsibilities

Support children with daily routines and nursery activities.
Provide individual support to children with SEN.
Encourage communication, social interaction and independence.
Assist with play-based learning and developmental activities.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Work closely with teaching staff to meet individual needs.The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
Experience within a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
Confident providing 1:1 support.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.Role Details

Location: Luton

Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: £95-£100 per day

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Full-time until Christmas
