Location: Cropwell Bishop
Days: 4 days per week OR 5 shorter days
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a caring, energetic Nursery Assistant who isn’t afraid of a little mud?
TeacherActive is working with a lovely Forest School setting in Cropwell Bishop that is looking for a Nursery Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a more hands-on approach to Early Years education, supporting children to build confidence, independence and curiosity through outdoor play, exploration and engaging activities.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting children with learning through play and exploration
Getting involved in fun, creative outdoor activities
Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment
Supporting children's individual development and wellbeing
Working closely with the wider nursery team
Building positive relationships with children and parents
We're looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient and enthusiastic
Confident working with Early Years children
Happy working outdoors in all seasons
Reliable and able to use their initiative
A great team player with strong communication skills
Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualified is desirable
The nursery can offer flexibility, with the opportunity to work 4 days per week or 5 shorter days, making this a brilliant option for someone looking for a better work-life balance.
