Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to join a warm, welcoming, and supportive nursery team?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic private nursery in Southend-on-Sea, seeking a dedicated practitioner who is committed to providing outstanding care and early years education to young children.

The Role

Working within a friendly and passionate nursery team
Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
Creating engaging and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive environment

Requirements

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous nursery or childcare experience
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
