TeacherActive is thrilled to be working alongside a private day nursery in the Formby area, in their search for a Nursery Assistant. The nursery provides exceptional care to over 50 children daily, catering to their individual needs. All staff are highly trained in the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding to ensure the utmost care is given. The setting provides learning opportunities based on the children's interests to ensure all developmental milestones are met throughout their time in nursery and heading to school.
The nursery is looking for a Nursery Assistant, no qualifications are required, however, experience is essential. You will be working on a day-to-day basis to start, with longer term placements and permanent roles will be considered for the correct candidate. You will report to the management team and in room leaders, while being flexible across all rooms to fit the needs of the nursery.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
- Level 2 or higher childcare qualification is preferred
- Knowledge of the EYFS
- Can do approach with adaptability skills
