Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Support qualified staff in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore and thrive.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Assist with daily routines, meal times, and maintaining a clean and organized nursery setting.
Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
Depending on qualifications and experience, additional responsibilities may include supporting children with special educational needs, leading activities, or supervising specific areas of the nursery.Requirements:

No formal qualifications required for entry-level positions; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
For roles requiring qualifications, candidates with a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare are encouraged to apply.
Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
