Supply Desk is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Lewes, East Sussex, for the upcoming academic year starting September 2024. As a Supply TA, you'll have the chance to work in nurturing nursery and reception classrooms, making a profound impact on the lives of children aged 1-4 years old.

Responsibilities:
Providing support to children with special educational needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
Assisting with early childhood development activities and curriculum implementation
Fostering a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and mental health development through play
Requirements:
Passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs
Experience in early childhood education or SEN support is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work collaboratively with teachers and fellow Tas
