Nursery Assistant Needed

TeacherActive are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Assistant to work within a welcoming nursery setting.

The successful candidate will support the daily care and development of young children, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and looking to gain valuable experience within a nursery environment.

The role will include:

Supporting children with learning and play activities
Assisting with daily routines, including meal and snack times
Helping to maintain a safe and engaging environment
Encouraging children’s social, emotional and educational development
Working closely with nursery staff and parents where required
The ideal candidate will have:

A positive and caring attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for working with young children
Patience, creativity and reliability
Previous childcare or nursery experience (preferred but not essential)
A relevant childcare qualification (desirable)
