Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs in the community?

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RNLD / RMH) to join a team providing specialist care for individuals with complex health conditions, including learning disabilities, mental health challenges, brain injuries, and challenging behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people in the community and support their rehabilitation and wellbeing.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering person-centred care to individuals with complex care needs. Working within a team, you will collaborate with allied health professionals, support workers, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients.

You will work autonomously to train, guide, and support care workers towards sign off at competency level. You will provide clinical support, knowledge, and guidance to ensure effective running of your packages to the highest-level whist following best practice guidelines.

You will also lead and deliver ARC (Assessment, Risk Management and Crisis Intervention), supporting staff to manage crisis situations safely, promoting least-restrictive practice, and embedding ARC principles into care planning and behavioural support strategies.

Your focus will be on supporting individuals with conditions such as:

* Learning disabilities (LD)

* Mental health conditions

* Brain injuries

* Challenging behaviours

You will be involved in:

* Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised care plans.

* Leading and delivering ARC training, including crisis prevention, risk management and post-incident debriefing.

* Supporting positive behaviour strategies and contributing to behaviour management plans.

* Training and supporting carers and family members to manage complex care needs.

* Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

What We're Looking For:

We are inviting applications from RNLD / RMH who are passionate about providing high-quality care in community settings and are excited about working with individuals who have complex health needs.

Essential Criteria:

* Current NMC Registration as an RMN or RNLD.

* Experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or brain injuries.

* Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop and implement care plans.

* Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting.

* Experience in delivering or supporting ARC (Assessment, Risk Management and Crisis Intervention), or willingness to undertake ARC training.

* A full, valid driver’s licence (due to the community-based nature of the role).

Desirable Criteria:

* Experience in managing challenging behaviours.

* ARC Trainer qualification or experience leading crisis intervention training.

* Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or other behaviour management strategies.

* Previous experience in training or coaching carers and family members
