Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and monitoring assessments at training centres and various locations to meet qualification scheme and awarding body standards.
Delegating work streams to engineering teams and collaborating with Project Management, Planning, and Civils Teams.
Working closely with local authorities to arrange permits for scheduled works.

Job Requirements:

Experience with NRSWA regulations and highway projects.
Proficiency with IT equipment and Microsoft software for record-keeping and reporting.
Working towards certifications such as Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Process and Practice, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and NRSWA Supervisor Units.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
