Prospero Teaching is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work on a supply basis in various schools across Barnsley. This role provides a fantastic chance to gain diverse classroom experience while enjoying the flexibility to shape the early stages of your teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across different subjects and year groups
Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings
Engage and motivate students with innovative and inspiring lessons
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school communities
Provide feedback and support to students to help them achieve their potentialRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status
Strong understanding of the national curriculum
Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
