Working Arrangements

This is currently an office-based role in Orpington, particularly at NQ level.

The firm believes that being in the office during the early stages of your career provides the best opportunity to learn, develop and gain hands-on experience alongside more senior members of the team.

Hybrid working is something the firm offers once you are more established within the business. This could be from around one year onwards, depending on your individual progress, development and level of experience.

The firm is therefore not advertising this as a hybrid role at this stage, but there is the potential for greater flexibility as you develop within the business.
