You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Organising & distributing sample requests
* Make repeat kitchen samples
* Collect/shop/ order standard and new ingredients
* Label& pack off samples
* Organise courier/ delivery
* Stock take & stock rotation of samples & ingredients to ensure smooth running of kitchen
* Ensure NPD process is followed through scope, concept & approval
* Ensure customer & brand guidelines are adhered to
* Complete costings (where applicable)
* Input towards customer submission forms
* Organise panels & present to internal stakeholders (& customers where applicable)
* Ensure NPD Process is followed through trials & launch
* Support trials- set up, gathering data, post trial testing
* Support completion of Product Files in line with procedure
* Ensure accurate data collated, reports written & shared
* Communicate effectively with customer(internal & external) throughout the development process in order to maintain customer confidence
* Keep up to date & informed on customer expectations for Development (brand standard, NPD Procedures etc) & ensure teams are briefed accordingly
What's required?
* Full driving license
* Food related degree and basic culinary skill
* 1 years product development experience with project and people management skills
* Good communication and organisation skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally at all levels
* Chilled product development experience
* Track record demonstrating timely development and delivery of commercially viable products
* Basic financial understanding
