What will you do as an NPD Project Manager
* Take ownership of the end-to-end project management process across product lifecycle
* Ensure all milestones are achieved on time, from concept through to retail launch
* Facilitate regular project meetings
* Responsible for managing critical paths, coordinating cross-functional teams
* Work with manufacturing partners across Asia and Europe
* Review and maintain quality, compliance, and execution
What will you need to be an NPD Project Manager
* Must have experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods
* Worked with high volume SKUs
* Experience working with Manufacturers in Asia
* Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management qualification is desirable
* Ideal background is experience working for an SME or Startup
* Knowledge of stage-gate product development processes
