NPD Process Technician
Looking for your next challenge in food innovation?
We're partnering with a well-established and growing food manufacturer to recruit an NPD Process Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing new products to life, taking concepts from development through to successful factory launch.
Working closely with NPD, Technical and Operations teams, you'll be heavily involved in trials, project management and ensuring products are launched on time and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing NPD and EPD projects from handover through to launch
Planning and running factory trials
Supporting product development and process optimisation
Coordinating cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
Completing customer and retailer submissions
Managing recipes, specifications, trial reports and project documentation
Supporting product testing, evaluations and shelf-life assessments
Ensuring critical paths and launch deadlines are achieved
What We're Looking For
Experience within NPD, Process, Technical or Food Manufacturing
Strong organisational and project management skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
Passion for food, innovation and continuous improvement
