NPD Manager, Food Manufacturing
We are recruiting for an NPD Manager role, on behalf of a leading Food Manufacturer.
The company are looking for people with drive, who are passionate about New Product Development and enjoy being hands-on.
You will be responsible for developing new products and processes to ensure that new products are progressed from concept, development, trial and testing stages through to launch.
The Ideal Candidates:
* Excellent team working and organisation skills, coupled with flair, passion and creativity for product development.
* Relevant NPD / Technical knowledge gained from a Food Manufacturing environment.
* Have great leadership and communication skills, who can be influential within the team.
Salary: circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus Excellent Benefits Package
