Job Title: North American - Benefits Lead
Salary: £600 - £650 p/d - Outside IR35
Duration: 3 Months 
Location: Remote
  
JGA are partnered with an exciting leading cloud-based human capital technology and services provider who are seeking a North American - Benefits Lead.
  
Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day activities of benefits set up for North America, with an emphasis on health and insurance, leaves, and retirement.
Liaise with reporting teams to ensure consideration of set up to Workday and admin teams, where appropriate, working with the communications leads to ensure clear and transparent communication with colleagues.
Stay up-to-date and liaise with legal counsel on ERISA considerations, demonstrating great project management skills, a can-do attitude, and optimism/motivation.
Ability to spot issues and provide advice along the way. Skills required:

US and Canada benefits and retirement experience is a must.
NA leaves experience will be an added advantage.
Experience of setting up new plans post divestiture (or in general) and Workday experience. Nice to have:

US immigration experience. Please note: Candidates based within the USA/Canada are not eligible for this role.
