Description:
3D Personnel are currently looking for Non-Working Supervisors with strong civils and groundworks experience for construction projects in West Silvertown, London.
The day-to-day duties will consist of:
Supervising all civils and groundworks activities across the site
Managing site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
Coordinating daily site operations and liaising with the site management team
Monitoring progress and ensuring all work is carried out to specification and project deadlines
Reading and interpreting drawings, RAMS, and project documentation
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality across the site
Planning and allocating labour, plant, and materials effectively
Identifying and resolving site issues while reporting progress to the site management team
Conducting work in accordance with industry health and safety standardsRequirements:
Must hold a valid Black CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is essential
Strong civils and groundworks experience is essential
Previous experience as a Non-Working Supervisor on construction or civil engineering projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
Must have valid ID/Passport
