Non-Domestic Energy Assessor
My client is a multidisciplined consultancy who provide their highly technical and forward-thinking services across Scotland. They have the exciting opportunity for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their expanding energy team in their offices in Dunfermline.
Role responsibilities include:
Carrying out energy assessments on non-domestic and commercial properties
Produce EPC's and work alongside other departments to help provide in-house support
Keep on top of your daily plan and workload, as well as liaising with clients to coordinate site visits and energy reports
Carry out a mixture of site-visits and office-based workThe ideal candidate will have:
Level 4 NDEA accreditation with relevant experience as a Commercial Energy Assessor in Scotland
Excellent communication skills and have a previous experience in a client facing role
Full UK driving license
Experience with Designer Builder SBEM would be beneficial, however training is provided
Have a Section 63 qualification would be advantageousThe benefits of the role include:
