This is an exciting opportunity for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join a multidisciplined consultant who operate and provide their highly technical services across the UK. The successful individual will join a team of energy experts within the built environment in their offices in London and work on nationwide projects.

A Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will be responsible for:

Carry out energy assessments on a range of commercial projects to ensure they are complying with UK building regulations
Make sure designs are in line with UK legislations, CIBSE guides, best practice and are environmentally sensitive
Carryout site visits and produce site reports from findings and evaluate post occupancy performances
Produce EPC's and Part L reports, as well as working alongside structural engineers, builders, and architectsThe ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have:

Relevant degree within an engineering or building services discipline with experience within a NDEA or any other relevant role
A Level 4 or Level 5 NDEA accreditation with previous experience carrying out energy assessments on residential, mixed-use and commercial properties
Strong passion for the built environment and experience generating EPC's
Experience with industry relevant software such as IES-VE to carry out energy modellingBenefits of the role include:
