voco Grand Central Hotel are looking for our next Nights Team Member (Part-Time) to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guest!

Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike. As a Nights Team Member, your main duties and responsibilities will be taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests and making sure any late arrivals are met with a warm welcome. You will also be responsible to do ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, in addition to running the night audit. This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the need of the Hotel!

We are looking for someone who has…

Availability to work 20 hours per week (weekend availability is essential for this role), you will also be required to cover holidays where needed across a variety of days so being flexible is a great plus. Your hours will be between 10pm and 8am.

Experience working as a Nights Receptionist/Auditor, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is highly beneficial

An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service. You will be someone who enjoys to showcase your personality and your ability to be a host to our guests, providing them with a laid-back stay

An interest in our environment and sustainability – we are characterised by innovation and finding ways to become more sustainable
