Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. As Senior Care Assistant you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalised care and assistance with daily activities.
Our client in Chester-Le-Street are recruiting for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join a very well established Nursing Home.
The home is both friendly and comfortable, with a "Good" rated CQC also.

Details for the Role:

· Nights
· £13.48 per hour
· 36 hour contract + overtime
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Care Assistant Role:
* supervise a team of care assistants.
* write care plans.
* monitor patients' vital signs, like blood pressure and heart rate.
* complete patient medication records.
* develop and lead activities for service users.
* keep families up to date about their relative's progress.
