Mon–Fri | 22:00–08:00 | 45 hours

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and motivating a hardworking night shift team
Running all night operations with confidence and control
Planning vehicles and keeping the pallet network flowing
Smashing SLAs and solving problems on the spot
Keeping the site safe, compliant, and running smoothly
Handing over cleanly to the day team so nothing gets missed
What You Bring
Experience supervising in logistics, warehousing, or pallet networks
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm, organised, and decisive under pressure
A hands‑on approach — you lead by doing
Confidence to make quick, smart operational decisions
