Night Team Leader
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Night Team Leader to work for our client based at their site in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure the application of the business “key standards” are maintained.
* Establish, monitor and maintain agreed performance levels for all warehouse activity.
* Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported.
* Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site.
* Ensuring efficient and effective delivery and implementation of all aspects of Clients operational requirements.
* Working to agreed KPI’s and objectives.
* Maintain a safe working environment.
* Establish and maintain a harmonized people focused team- working environment.
* General Housekeeping.
Skills and experience:
* Good communication & team working skills.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* A professional manner.
* Good Computer literacy.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Flexibility.
* Good People skills for working with a range of colleagues and customers.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team.
* To be proactive.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 21:00 – 06:00.
Salary: £32,235PA
