Night Support Worker

Washington Court- Birmingham 

£11.25 per hour 

40 hours per week or x2 20 hours per week

About the role

As a Support Worker you will be providing early and targeted support to aid the recovery and resilience of people with multiple vulnerabilities, working across our Homeless Services, to allow progression on to a provision to positively address the 'revolving door' nature of shorter term supported accommodation.

You will support a vulnerable adults customer group, with complex needs, to develop the knowledge and skills they need to better manage their lives, including accessing appropriate services, empowering them to build successful relationships within their community, improving health and well-being and increasing levels of independence as they move through a prevention pathway model.

About You

The Group consists of;

Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance

These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.
