Looking for your next step in hospitality? We're recruiting a Night Supervisor to join a beautiful resort in Hayling Island, Portsmouth on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
As a Night Supervisor, you will:
Lead the overnight operation, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and safely throughout the night
Inspire and support the night team to deliver exceptional guest service
Welcome guests, oversee late check-ins and early departures, and handle guest enquiries
Carry out security checks and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
Resolve guest issues confidently and professionally
Complete the night audit and overnight reporting accurately
Ensure public areas remain clean, presentable and guest-ready
Prepare the hotel for the following day's operations
Work closely with other departments to maintain exceptional service standards
What we're looking for
The ideal Night Supervisor will have:
Previous experience in a Night Supervisor, Night Porter or similar hotel role
Strong leadership skills with a passion for guest service
The confidence to make decisions and work independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good computer literacy
Knowledge of the Guestline system is preferred but not essential
Flexibility to work a Monday to Sunday night rota
