We are currently looking for an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a retail shop fit-out project in Chester.

Essential Requirements

* Previous experience managing shop fit-out or retail refurbishment projects is essential.

* Proven track record delivering retail projects in live or occupied environments.

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site management procedures.

* Able to manage subcontractors, programme works, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Background

Candidates must have a strong background in:

* Retail fit-out

* Shop refurbishments

* Fast-track construction projects

Ideally based within East Anglia or surrounding areas and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

As Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the project from commencement through to completion

* Overseeing all site activities during night shifts

* Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times

* Coordinating subcontractors and labour

* Managing project programmes and deadlines

* Monitoring quality standards and project costs

* Reporting progress to senior management and clients

Experience & Qualifications

* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a site management role

* Must have retail fit-out/refurbishment experience

* SMSTS (CITB)

* CSCS Card

* First Aid at Work

* Fire Marshal

* Asbestos Management Awareness
