Night Shift Manager
Salary: £40,000
Hours: 10pm – 6am
Days: Sunday – Thursday
Location: BD12, Oakenshaw
The Role
We are looking for a strong and confident Night Shift Manager to take ownership of a challenging, fast-paced warehouse operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading the team, driving performance and maintaining high standards throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and motivate the night shift team.
* Set and drive KPIs alongside Shift Supervisors.
* Monitor productivity, attendance and performance.
* Train, coach and develop staff.
* Manage disciplinary and performance issues.
* Maintain high standards and hold people accountable.
* Lead from the front and drive a strong performance culture.
* Provide clear shift reporting to senior management.
About You
You'll need to be a strong, authoritative leader who isn't afraid of difficult conversations.
We're looking for someone with:
* Previous warehouse or operational management experience.
* Strong people-management and leadership skills.
* Experience managing KPIs and performance.
* Confidence handling disciplinary processes.
* The ability to lead effectively in a challenging environment.
* A hands-on approach and the resilience to work at pace.
