Night Shift: 9pm–6:30am | 5 Nights per Week | 30-Minute Unpaid Break

Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, an innovative and well-established food manufacturer supplying high-quality products to retailers across the UK.
We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Machine Operator to join their busy production team in Park Royal, London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, has a good understanding of food production machinery and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
The Role As a Night Shift Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
Operating and setting production machinery to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and accurately.
Following production plans to ensure the correct quantities, specifications and methods are met.
Monitoring product quality and raising any concerns or issues.
Ensuring all health, hygiene, safety and food safety procedures are followed.
Identifying and reporting machinery faults or breakdowns to the Production Manager or Engineering team.
Supporting the smooth running of production to meet daily targets.
Working closely with the Night Shift Production Supervisor and wider production team. What We're Looking For
Previous experience working within a food manufacturing or food production environment is essential.
Confident operating and setting production machinery.
Mechanically minded, with a good understanding of how food production equipment operates.
Good communication skills and spoken English.
Basic IT skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Good awareness of health, safety and hygiene procedures.
Level 2 Food Safety and Food Hygiene qualifications would be beneficial.
Knowledge of HACCP principles would be advantageous. What's On Offer?
