We're recruiting a Night Porter in Birmingham for an exciting opportunity at a well-established hospitality venue. This role offers a varied position where you'll support guests, assist with events, and help ensure the smooth running of a busy hotel and conference operation.

As a Night Porter, you will play an important role in the overnight operation by:
Checking guests in and out of the venue
Running the nightly audit process
Setting up and clearing rooms for conferences, weddings, and events
Preparing and serving room service orders
Assisting with bar service when required
Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
Cleaning conference rooms and public areas
Completing night-time fire and safety checks
Taking telephone calls and reservations
Supporting general front office dutiesWhat we're looking for
To be successful as a Night Porter, you should have:
Previous experience as a hotel night porter
Experience using Guestline Rezlynx hotel management systems
Experience setting up and breaking down conference and function rooms
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive and reliable approach
