What is involved?

As Night Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

Responsible for the full night operations including managing the night team and ensuring all duties are performed to a high standard
Dealing with guest requests or issues as and when they arise
Handling of any emergency
Completing night audit and other administrative tasks
Ensuring the safety and security of the building Previous experience as a hotel Night Supervisor or Night Manager within a 4star hotel background is desired. Strong leadership with an excellent working knowledge of full night audit procedures and Opera PMS is essential as well as being organised and being a team player.
