Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Sutton Bridge who are looking for Hygiene Operatives to join their busy team.
About the Business:
Our Client is a growing family business, passionate about their own farming and collaborating with other expert farmers to supply their customers, with the finest quality potatoes, roots & alliums which they pack themselves.
About The Role:
To assist the team to meet the company goals in a timely and appropriate manner and ensure operational needs are met whenever possible. To support production operations through utilising varied skill set and support other members of the team in achieving their objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Handling of the chemicals used to clean food production equipment,
* Ensuring that the hygiene of the site is kept up to the required standard,
* In a timely and appropriate manner assist the team to meet company goals,
* Ensuring operational needs are met wherever possible,
* Pay rate is £12.32 per hour on a night shift, 1800 until 0230, Monday to Friday.
About you:
* Ability to communicate in English,
* Must have own transport,
* Ability to multi skill in different areas of the business,
* High degree of flexibility,
* Must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow instructions,
* Must have an open and honest approach to key stake holders,
* Previous experience within food manufacturing would be an advantage.
