Night Concierge
7pm to 7am, on a 3 on 3 off rota
South Woodford, E18
£30,000 Per Annum (depending on experience)
Dynamic Night Concierge needed at this large residential development near South Woodford station. As a Night Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the development and you will be the main point of contact for all queries. Key duties will include building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conducting regular site inspections and operations, and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development. The Night Concierge should have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes
