Night Concierge/Porter
7pm to 7am, 7 nights on 7 nights off

We are seeking a professional and personable Night Concierge to join the front-of-house team at a private residential development close to Paddington. Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will provide a warm welcome to residents and visitors, deliver excellent customer service and support the smooth, secure running of the building. Duties will include welcoming residents, visitors and contractors, and responding promptly to enquiries in person, by telephone, email and intercom, monitoring building access, managing keys and access devices securely, receiving, recording and securely storing parcels, conducting regular building inspections and reporting maintenance issues, assisting with incidents and emergencies, escalating matters appropriately, maintaining clear handover notes, daily logs and incident records, keeping the reception and parcel areas tidy, organised and presentable, and handling resident information confidentially and upholding building rules and service standards. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with concierge, reception or hospitality experience who takes pride in their presentation, builds positive relationships and adopts a calm, proactive approach. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and be able to remain calm under pressure
