Care Connection, a care division of The Best Connection group, are currently recruiting experienced Night Carers in the Henfield area. This is a small residential home and you will be working as part of a friendly and approachable team.

Here’s what you need to know about this job role:

* Assisting with personal care that includes bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding

* Promote the principles of Person-Centred Care through your working day

* Promote independence and support to your residents whilst maintaining dignity

* Engaging in activities with the residents through encouragement

* Recording of resident’s daily activities through paper/electronic logbook

* Support with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks

* Any other tasks as directed by home manager

Requirements for a Night Care Assistant:

* Enhanced DBS clearance

* Previous experience required

* Minimum of 6 months experience
