Shift Pattern:
Monday - Thursday
09:00 am -17:00 pm
Duties:
Contribute to growing and providing a service to people with personality disorders who have complex needs, using a model of support unique to the SUN project based treatment evidence base/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate group and individual psychotherapeutic interventions
Individually facilitate a minimum of eight groups per week
Participate in the planning, development and evaluation of services, holding responsibility for defined projects
Requirements of the Outreach Practitioner:
Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
Experience working as an Outreach Practitioner
NMC Registration
Experience working in an NHS setting
