Banding/Grade: Band 5

Pay Rate: £28 per hour (assignment rate)

Job Type & Hours: Locum, 6-Months and Full-time - Mon-Fri, maybe opportunity for weekends, 8am-4pm or 8am-6:30pm

Main Duties of the Nurse: 

Health care provided in patients own home
Wound care including leg ulcer care and ability to apply compression
Pressure damage prevention and treatment
IV drug administration and care of PICC lines
Palliative and EOL care - syringe driver management, diabetic management and administration of insulin
Requirements of the Community/District Nurse:

RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid live pin
Recent UK nursing experience
Must have Community/District nursing experience
Car driver with own care
