I am currently recruiting for Newly qualified Secondary School Teachers in Caerphilly. Hays is the UK's largest specialist recruitment agency on the NPS framework as a preferred supplier for all local authorities in South Wales.
Your new roleTeachers required for September starting roles as well as short-term supply before the summer this year. You can work on a day-to-day basis or in a long-term role within a school to further develop your skills and gain valuable knowledge. In a long-term position, you will be responsible for planning and preparing materials as well as marking and assessment for your classes.
What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified teacher having recently completed your PGCE. You will have a passion for learning and have a strong track record of helping pupils to achieve results. You will also possess strong behaviour and classroom management skills and share a commitment to safeguarding, holding a DBS check.
