Description:
Role: Newly Qualified Social Worker required for Arundel House Community Mental Health Team.
Rate: £30+ per hour
3 month contract (possibility of extension) - 35 hours per week
Primary responsibilities include:
Assessment and service delivery under the Care Act 2014, Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Best Interest Assessments, Social Circumstances Reports for Sections 2, 3 and 37 Tribunals/Appeals, complex hospital discharges from Acute Ward, Low and Medium Secure Forensic Mental Health Wards, and Rehabilitation Units.
Good working knowledge of Liquid Logic and RiO systems is desirable.
