We are recruiting a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Cheltenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and respected private client department. You will work alongside experienced practitioners on a varied and high-quality caseload while receiving strong supervision and ongoing professional development.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection matters (where applicable)
* Client advisory work with a focus on long-term relationships
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is newly qualified or has up to 1-year PQE in Private Client
* Has strong communication and client care skills
* Is organised, detail-focused, and proactive
* Is keen to build a long-term career in Private Client law
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
