Are you a highly motivated individual from a Food Manufacturing background with experience in New Product Development looking to take the next step in your career and join a growing team of motivated Engineers where you will be heavily supported in your technical development to become a task-expert and progress through the ranks into Senior positions as you demonstrate this?
On offer is the opportunity for a creative and detail-orientated New Product Developer to join a motivated team of industry experts in an autonomous position working with exciting and bespoke product ranges where you will have a high level of responsibility to showcase your skillset and progress through the ranks.
The specialist company have been established for nearly a century and supply high-end products to clientele across the UK. Due to their continuous growth and expansion, they are looking to bring in NPD Engineers to translate concepts to reality and bring a new wave of creative flair to take the company to the next level.
On offer is the chance to develop your skillset and become an integral part of a dynamic team, where you will be supported through in-house training to progress your career. You will be responsible for the New Product Development of consumable goods within the Food Manufacturing industry, creating new recipes, and preparing market research for new product launch.
This role would suit a motivated and aspirational NPD Engineer with a creative flair within the Food Industry, looking to technically upskill and take their career to the next level within an exciting, established, and ever-growing business.
