I am managing a fantastic new build sales negotiator role, working for one of the leading developers across the UK. My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can come on board and sell a live site in Cambridge to a high standard, you will be working with a friendly team that are motivated and hungry for sales. My client is searching for an experienced new homes sales advisor that can hit the ground running.

The role of a new homes sales advisor is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person. This role is all about face to face sales so building rapport and delivering a 5 star customer journey is key.

New Homes Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

* Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses

* Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development

* Build 5 star relationships

* Contact the database to speak with potential buyers

* Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales

* Learn the company values and implement them daily

* Wants to progress
