Sales advisor

Full or Part time

We have a New Homes developer in the Barnstable area of Devon who is looking for a New Homes sales advisor.

To work in this sector you need to be happy in a customer facing role, have good organisational, customer service, IT and sales skills. Be target driven, smart, professional, empathetic, a good listener, and trustworthy as a property purchase is a major purchase for most of us.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor you'll benefit from a good basic salary, and the opportunity to double your basic salary in commission paid on your house sales.

You'd be mentored by experienced sales people who want you to do well in this new role.

You'll be running the development as if it were your own little business. Working through enquiries, setting up appointments and viewings with potential purchasers.

This role can be full time or part time.

Your working day is 10 till 5pm.

With Tuesday and Wednesdays as your days off.

Salary from £25,000 to £26,000 (pro rata for part time.)

£1000 paid per plot sold

Mileage fuel allowance of 45p a mile less 25miles a day.
