Our clients a well respected agency have acquired a site in the Bardney area and seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to join their site!
Working Days:
Thursday - Monday
Salary/Package:
Basic Salary of £25,000
Up to £40,000 OTE
Ongoing training and support
Requirements for the role of a New Homes Sales Advisor:
Previous experience in New Homes is ideal however will consider an applicant with a Property background
Hard-working and results-driven individual
Excellent ability to build rapport
Motivated to exceed targets
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs
Responsibilities included in the role of a New Homes Sales Advisor:
Register client details
Book and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
Working part of a team
General admin
