Start date: ASAP (latest beginning of August)
* £30,000-£35,000
* 12 month contract to cover maternity leave
* Monday - Friday
What would I be doing? As new homes customer care coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the communication between home buyers and those conducting repairs in the two year defect period.
Prior to the customer moving in to their new build homes, you will deal with snagging, handovers and home demonstrations on a 57 unit scheme in East London. Post move in, you will be office based, local to Camden.
Having a keen eye of detail and natural people skills is paramount, as well as being an organisational wizard!
Working for a notable property developer, you will be exposed to the world of development and construction. Depending on where you want your career to take you, progression into aftercare, project management or people management, this is a good place to start.
What's needed?
Strong admin and IT skills.
Ability to work at pace, and manage multiple tasks at one time
Excellent telephone manner and communcation skills
Exposure to New Homes and customer service in some capacity; ideally our client wants someone who has worked in this role previously or you could be in property management and seeking change, or an estate agent wanting their weekends back!
