Strong Independent estate agency requires a New Business Partner (Sales) to operate in the Bristol area supporting the market share growth for this leading brand. With your previous experience, which includes sales valuations, you will relish the the opportunity to operate with autonomy across the city to enable you to spend as much time with your clients as possible. As the New Business Partner (Sales) you will already possess strong agency knowledge and be comfortable in all scenarios. Combining your ability to build rapport quickly with clients and to present to very high standards, you will bring further success and added value to our client's sales portfolio.
Responsibilities for this New Business Partner (Sales) will include:
Conducting residential valuations to high standards
Deliver high levels of customer service
List new property at volume to drive market share growth
Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market
Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice at all times Skills & Experience for this New Business Partner (Sales) role:
