New Business Manager | City of London | Flexible Workspace Provider | £40,000 - £42,500

We’re working with a fast-growing operator in the flexible workspace sector, known for design-led environments, strong member communities, and a premium hospitality-driven approach to workspaces.

This is a high-impact New Business / Sales Manager role focused on driving occupancy, revenue growth, and pipeline conversion across a portfolio of premium workspaces.

You’ll own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and broker engagement through to negotiation, deal closure, and seamless handover to operations. This is a commercially focused role where relationship-building, market awareness, and closing ability are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business across a portfolio of managed workspaces

Manage end-to-end sales process including viewings, negotiation, and contract completion

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients

Develop targeted sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue performance

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience

Produce accurate pipeline reporting and forecast data for leadership teams

What we’re looking for

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within flexible workspace, real estate, hospitality, or high-value service environments

Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently

Confident relationship builder with brokers, agents, and corporate stakeholders

Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
