Responsibilities:

* Ensure the business operates according to the desired contact strategy.

* Set and maintain performance targets.

* Conduct regular appraisals and one-to-ones to ensure team members understand their roles and meet performance requirements.

* Review individual and team stats daily to drive performance and exceed targets.

* Monitor calls to assess and improve quality across the floor.

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience in successfully managing teams to targets.

* Current or recent experience in an outbound call environment.

* Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to industry changes.

* Proven experience in outbound sales and objection handling.
